Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are here to assist you. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us process your request quickly, we require:

  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.

This information is essential for our quality control process.


Replacement Policy

If your item is confirmed to be defective or damaged:

  • We will replace it at no cost to you.
  • If the exact item is not available, a replacement product of equal value will be offered.

To initiate a replacement request, please email us at rinzler.moto@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with the next steps.

Once your replacement is approved:

  • We will ship it to the address provided in your original order.
  • Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

We reserve the right to deny replacement requests if the product has been misused, mishandled, or shows wear and tear beyond normal use.


Refunds

As outlined above, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if:

  • A replacement product is unavailable.
  • The issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction.

In such cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion for the purchase price of the defective or damaged item.

Note: We are not responsible for issues caused by the shipping carrier. For lost or misrouted packages, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, cancellations are not permitted for any reason.
